The problem
A solo practitioner typically juggles five tools: a client list, a video app, a booking page, a payment link and a website. Many also record personal audio for each client by hand, which takes hours nobody pays for.
What I built
LuminCoach puts the whole practice in one place. After a session the coach gets notes and a draft follow-up. From a script the coach has approved, the platform produces a personal audio session in the coach’s own voice, recorded with their consent, for the client to listen to at home. Clients pay the coach directly, and the platform takes no cut.
LuminCoach is the professional side of LuminVoice, and grew out of the same voice engine.
What made it hard
- Video sessions in the browser, with nothing for the client to install.
- Audio in the coach’s own voice, produced only from scripts the coach has approved.
- Each practice’s data kept separate, and hosted in the EU.
- Built in English and Danish from the start.
