UnoArch

Founder · Builder, technical partner and advisor

  • Design, build and run my own software platforms, from the first idea to paying customers.
  • Eight platforms in production across property development, coaching, publishing, education, sales and video.
  • Work with other companies as builder, technical partner or advisor.
2023 – 2025
Sentia Denmark

Technical carve-out lead and enterprise architect

  • Led the technical separation of Sentia Denmark after its acquisition by Accenture, moving the business onto its own independent platforms with no downtime for customers.
  • Designed and led a new data platform with automated flows that gave the business one view of its operations and automated billing.
  • Moved sign-in and access for the independent company onto a platform of its own, including every system that depended on it.
2020 – 2023
Sentia Group

Enterprise architect

  • Brought four countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Bulgaria) onto one shared group landscape, connecting the strategy with what actually had to be built.
  • Led the large-scale integration between the group’s service management and customer systems.
  • Worked with the solution architects on a group-wide sign-in and access platform, translating business roles into access rules.
2018 – 2020
Sentia

Head of Development and Innovation

  • Led the technical merger of several acquired companies into one operation, retiring the old silos in favour of one shared core.
  • Automated the setup of complete customer environments across our own data centres and the cloud.
  • Designed the automation behind user accounts and access, on-premises and in the cloud.
2016 – 2018

DevOps engineer

  • Designed and built a custom customer and asset system from scratch after a major merger.
  • Built the engine behind automated billing and invoicing.
  • Standardised operations across the merged company with tools I built in-house.
2014 – 2016
Venzo Hosting

DevOps engineer · Employee number five

  • Joined as employee number five and scaled the infrastructure to support more than fifty people.
  • Built the automation for customer deployments and live monitoring dashboards.
  • Ran the full data centre stack as the only engineer on call.
2012 – 2014
Hostnordic

IT support and automation

  • Built an internal search tool that unified customer data and became the team’s default tool.
  • Connected the customer system to monitoring, for a live view of the infrastructure.
  • Took full night and weekend responsibility for the shared infrastructure.
