What I've delivered.

Builder & Technical Partner

Two kinds of work, one job. I build and ship my own software products - idea, to architecture, to a working product with paying customers - solo, with AI-assisted development. And I step into other people's ventures as their technical partner: when systems are under pressure, a transition is at risk, or execution has fallen behind the architecture, I own delivery until it runs in production.

Technical Carve-out Lead / Enterprise Architect

• Led the technical separation of Sentia Denmark following the acquisition by Accenture, architecting the landing into dedicated ServiceNow and Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Architected and led the development of a new data warehouse and automated pipelines (Azure Data Factory), providing a "single pane of glass" view to automate billing and core workflows.
• Architected the transition from Okta to a pure Microsoft Entra ID solution as the central Identity Provider for the independent Danish entity, including migration of ServiceNow and Jira/Confluence.

Enterprise Architect

• Integrated four independent countries (NL, BE, DK, BG) into a unified Sentia Group landscape, bridging strategic requirements with technical execution for the global core.
• Led the large-scale integration and data orchestration between ServiceNow and Dynamics CRM, including complex identity-driven workflows with Azure AD and Okta.
• Collaborated as Enterprise Architect with Solution Architects on the design and rollout of Okta as central IdP, translating business roles into technical access policies.

Head of Development & Innovation

• Led the technical merger of multiple acquired companies into a unified "One Sentia" operation, moving from isolated legacy silos to a common ServiceNow and CMDB core.
• Automated end-to-end customer environment provisioning using PowerShell and DSC across VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Designed and managed on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD solutions, including identity-related automation and provisioning.

DevOps Engineer

• Architected and built a custom CRM/CMDB system from scratch to handle business logic at scale following a major merger.
• Developed the engine for automated billing and invoicing, moving from server management to engineering core business logic.
• Standardized technical operations across the newly formed organization through custom technical tooling and API design.

DevOps Engineer (Employee #5)

• Joined as employee #5 and scaled the infrastructure from zero to supporting over 50 professionals.
• Architected and built internal PowerShell automation for customer deployments and real-time monitoring dashboards.
• Managed full-stack datacenter infrastructure including servers, SANs, and networking as the solo on-call engineer.

IT Supporter & Automation

• Built an internal search tool from scratch to unify customer data, which became the team's primary default operational tool.
• Integrated Dynamics CRM with SCOM to build real-time monitoring dashboards for live infrastructure visibility.
• Automated customer deployment processes and took full night/weekend responsibility for the shared infrastructure.
